Shipping and Delivery
Lanierpens.com ships items to the United States and Canada, and we can ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO address. For information about shipping Lanier products outside the U.S., please contract our Customer Service Department at customerservice@lanierpens.com .
Shipping Within the United States
Our shipping rates are calculated on-line via a live feed from USPS and UPS. We charge a base rate depending on the service you would like plus a fee based on the actual weight of the items you purchase.

Shipping and Handling Information
• We ship standard (non-engraved) orders received Monday thru Friday before 2:00 P.M. [EST] within four to eight business days; engraved orders received before 2:00 P.M. [EST] within ten business days.
• We do not offer expedited UPS or FedEx Saturday delivery
• We ship to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes via Priority US Mail only.
Order Status Messages
• If you have questions, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-650-898-1990 between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00 PM PST or you can e-mail us at customerservice@lanierpens.com . Please have your confirmation number ready.
Sales Tax
• Appropriate sales tax will be added to orders shipped to outside of California.
• An invoice is included with your order and your purchase will be posted on your credit card statement. We also suggest that you print or capture your confirmation page as a receipt
